Stroke Rehabilitation Program

The Intech Rehab has specialized inpatient and outpatient stroke rehabilitation programs that serve patients as unique people with individual rehabilitative needs. This underlying philosophy of patient centered rehabilitation enables us to create specific interdisciplinary treatment plans that address all aspects of stroke rehabilitation.

At the Intech Rehab, the goal is to enable each patient to return to a maximum level of function. Every effort is made to provide a smooth continuum of care throughout the rehabilitation process. Intech provides access to specialized care with a full range of medical services. This allows for effective and collaborative care that is not found in a clinic facility.

The Intech Rehab developed a unique stroke rehabilitation program with a combination of PT, OT, TCM and rehab nursing. Since open in Nov 2006, people who have suffered a stroke for 2 months up to 9 years have been treated or improved at Intech.

Upon discharge from the inpatient stroke program at Intech, patients can benefit from the continuum of care which spans into our sub-acute network and our comprehensive outpatient program.
